Notion
When I first discovered Notion, I couldn’t believe my luck. I love anything and everything that has to do with organization, except for my desktop where I have a million and one screenshots saved (yes, judge me). But Notion is like a total wonder tool. Now, there is a steep learning curve, but if you want to take the time to learn it, you won’t regret it.
Here are my top 10 reasons on why I love Notion:
All-in-One Workspace: It’s my go-to for everything—notes, tasks, databases, even goal tracking—all in one place.
Customizable Layouts: I can set it up exactly how I want with templates, widgets, and endless formatting options. It feels like my own personal dashboard.
Easy Collaboration: Sharing and editing with others is seamless, whether it’s a quick note or a whole project outline.
Database Power: Notion’s databases make it easy to organize info and pull up what I need with filters and views—perfect for keeping track of everything from tasks to book lists.
Linked Pages: I can connect related pages and databases so everything’s at my fingertips without digging through folders.
Template Library: Templates for literally everything—meeting notes, habit tracking, project management—keep me inspired and save time.
Task & Project Management: Notion’s task tracking tools are perfect for handling both daily to-dos and long-term projects, all in one spot.
Markdown Support: Makes formatting quick and clean, so I can style my notes without fuss.
Mobile & Desktop Sync: Whether on my phone, iPad, or computer, I can work on the same page, and it’s all synced up.
Always Evolving: The constant updates and new features keep things fresh, so it feels like Notion is always improving and growing with me.
But most of all, Notion serves as my second brain. My absolute favourite is how it’s a living doc that I have with me everywhere since it’s also on my phone. If I need to see my recipe list ✔, my tasks for my clients ✔, habit tracker ✔, and so on.

Funnily enough, I keep my CK Weekly “Dashboard” pretty rudimentary. But it works for me. Sometimes, simple is enough… and better. But more Notion posts and templates coming soon. Yet another topic that I can go on and on about!
